Corporate Mental Health Training Workshops
Evidence-Based Workshops To Support Sustainable High-Performance
Now more than ever before, employees want their workplace to foster a positive environment that supports mental health and employee well-being.
Each of these workshops is based on a combination of my training and experience in the mental health field along with my decade of experience representing America’s highest performing companies.
Mental Fitness Essentials for Sustainable Performance
Build the mental habits that support clear thinking, strong performance, and long-term capacity in high-pressure roles. Learn practical strategies to protect your energy and avoid common stress-related mistakes.
The Art of Healthy Perfectionism
Keep the standards that drive strong performance while reducing the anxiety and burnout that come with unhealthy perfectionism. Learn how to harness your perfectionist tendencies as a superpower rather than let them hold you back.
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Understand why even the strongest performers can be plagued by a sense of inadequacy and the fear that they will be revealed as undeserving. Learn how to challenge these self-critical beliefs and replace them with a self-assessment that is based in reality, not fear.
Cultivating Mental Resilience in Uncertain Times
Stay clear-headed and steady during periods of change and uncertainty. Learn how to reduce cognitive overload, manage information intake, and build habits that support resilience and decision-making.
Mastering Difficult Conversations
Learn how to navigate conflict and feedback with more clarity and less stress. Understand what drives defensiveness and how to communicate in ways that increase trust and the likelihood of being heard.
Strategies for Avoiding Burnout
Burnout is not just about workload. Learn what actually drives emotional exhaustion and how to reduce burnout risk while maintaining strong performance in demanding roles.
Device Boundaries for High Performance Professionals
Protect your focus and decision-making in an always-on environment. Learn practical strategies for managing devices so they support your work instead of undermining it.
Representing Trauma Survivors
Designed for legal professionals working with trauma-affected clients. Learn how to support clients effectively while protecting your own mental health and reducing the risk of secondary trauma.
This is a representative list of the workshops I offer, but I also work closely with partner organizations to create content specifically tailored to their needs. Please reach out for details. Some mental health workshops for lawyers offer CLE credits.

See a list of my most popular workshops here. If none of these quite fit the bill, I am happy to work with you on bespoke programming that meets your organization’s needs.
-
Before any workshop I make sure that I have a clear understanding of the audience, the unique stressors they face, and any topics that are particularly important to cover from the perspective of the organizers. I then tailor my evidence-based content to the unique needs of that audience and ensure that examples, hypotheticals, and exercises will all land with the specific audience involved.
-
I offer both in-person and virtual mental health workshops.

Yes. Helping companies develop and implement programs that support employee mental health is a passion and I welcome the opportunity to do that work with companies and law firms of all sizes.
